I’m Lucy – founder of Lucy Ani.

My journey into health coaching began after I received some poor health results and asked a doctor what I could do to better support my wellbeing. I remember feeling surprised by how little nutritional and lifestyle guidance was given to me – the only suggestion was to “eat more shiitake mushrooms". This motivated me to start exploring which foods and lifestyle tweaks could truly support my health, help me feel good and strengthen my body’s natural defences.

I’m passionate about making healthy living accessible to everyone by helping people understand their own bodies and unique needs. Having grown up surrounded by diet culture, I’ve seen how fad diets not only fail in the long run but also distort what health really means, so my approach is about small, sustainable lifestyle shifts that genuinely help you feel better and reach your goals. As a trained breathwork and meditation teacher, I can also bring these practices into my work, as they can support digestion, reduce stress and improve sleep, among many other benefits. ​

My approach is tailored to each individual, because no two people are the same. We are all unique and have our own biology, lifestyle, preferences and challenges.
