Whether you're dealing with fatigue, digestive issues, skin concerns, hormonal imbalances or simply want to optimise your energy and nutrition – I can help.

As much as it would be great to have quick fixes, I believe that in order to see long-lasting results, we need to work together for a period of time. I primarily work with clients through a 6 or 12-week programme, though I also offer single 90-minute sessions for those wanting more flexibility or an initial kick-start.

Free Discovery Call (15 mins)

This free 15-minute call is a chance for us to explore your goals, uncover what's holding you back and see how we can work together. No pressure – just a friendly chat to support your next steps.

The Single (60-minute session)

A single session is perfect if you’re ready to take meaningful steps towards better health without committing to a longer-term coaching programme just yet.

You get:

  • A 60-minute coaching session (we'll spend time going through your health history before establishing practical, actionable ways to reach the goals you'd like to achieve)

The Reset (4 sessions over 6 weeks)

The Reset is the first step in your health journey – a chance to unlearn unhelpful habits and lay the foundations for lasting change. Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll implement small but impactful changes designed to deliver real, sustainable results.

You get:

  • A 60-minute initial session 

  • 3 x 30-minute fortnightly sessions

  • A personalised protocol with a nutrition and lifestyle plan specific to you

  • Email/text support between sessions

  • Supportive materials (Informative worksheets, digital recipes and eating-out guide)

  • Motivating emails

  • Breathwork/Meditation

The Breakthrough (7 sessions over 12 weeks)

The Breakthrough is an extended version of the Reset – giving you 12 weeks to build on your progress, strengthen new habits and really start noticing the changes. It’s designed for those ready to invest a little more time to feel better, stronger and more in control.​​

You get:

  • A 60-minute initial session 

  • 6 x 30-minute fortnightly sessions

  • A personalised protocol with a nutrition and lifestyle plan specific to you

  • Email/text support between sessions

  • Supportive materials (Informative worksheets, digital recipes and eating-out guide)
